Owner & Managing Director
Terry is proud to have built the company from nothing to what it is today. Calm and logical under pressure, Terry has great people skills, which he puts to use as a first rate negotiator keeping both landlords and tenants happy. Ann Martinelli
Sales Manager Senior Negotiator - Stansted, Bishops Stortford and the surrounding villages
Ann specialises in a house doctor service and is always willing to give free advice to potential landlords regarding the presentation of their property to let and explaining how the presentation affects the property valuation in today's market. She also arranges the preparation of the inventories prior to check in and advises on all standard safety issues that must be met when letting property. |

Negotiator - Specialises in valuations and viewings in the Braintree area
Lucia has been a great asset to our company as she is fluent in several languages. She is married to an airline captain and has many years experience within international airline related businesses. She assists with valuations and negotiating and carries out general administration duties and accompanied viewings, when necessary. |

Kasha Nocon
Negotiator - Stansted, Bishops Stortford and the surrounding villages
Kasha is an ex-acrobat who is always prepared to go through the hoops, bend over backwards and perform somersaults to insure our customer care is kept to a very high standard. She has worked for several years in the USA and has worked within the airline industry. Kasha speaks several languages and primarily carries out valuations, negotiating, check-in and check-out procedures, accompanied viewings and general administration. |

Nicki Lee
Accounts
Nickie is mainly working in conjunction with the accounts department. She is very capable of dealing with all aspects of administration as well as carrying out regular inspections of our managed properties and reporting any maintenance issues to the landlords. |

Tina Baldwin
Financial Controller
Tina is our day-to-day Financial Controller. She ensures that landlords and maintenance contractors are paid monthly. She also arranges for the deposits to be returned to the tenants after check out. Sometimes Tina does feel the need to escape from the office and she regularly inspects managed properties reporting any maintenance issues to the landlords. |

Nigel Spence
Company Secretary and Chartered Accountant
Nigel is a Chartered Accountant and Venture Capitalist who ensures our compliance with all issues relating to corporation tax, filing of accounts, VAT returns and helpful advice, when required. |

Elaine Farthing
Administration and Support
Elaine having worked with BAA for 11 years has now left to help and support Terry in the setting up and running of the business. She is always on hand to do whatever is required at the time, from making a cup of tea or liaising with our contractors in an emergency. |

Lucy King
Reception and Administration
Lucy has arrived to our office fresh from college after studying graphics & psychology to A level standard and has become the voice of our company, mainly dealing with telephone enquiries. She is carrying out general office duties and administration. Her bubbly personality and eagerness to learn have aided her natural skills to provide great customer service. |

Oya Er Wilkes
Advertising and Administration
Oya, who holds a degree in journalism, worked as a correspondent in various countries for over 6 years, which explains her skills in photography and writing our newsletters and advertising texts. She deals with updating our web site, accompanied viewings and general administration. She is studying part-time for a degree in psychology and we are giving her lots of opportunity for real life case studies at the office. She will also soon start studying for a diploma in lettings and property management. |

Beata Tomasik
Viewings and Administration
Beata is the latest member of our team. She is fluent in several languages and is a person of many talents. She has run her own company successfully for a number of years abroad, and she is eager to learn the ins and outs of letting and property management business now. Although she has been with us for only a short period, she is fitting in very well and her experience with customer care is helping us to ensure our customer service is kept to a high standard.
