All members of staff are highly trained individuals who blend together to form a great team and regardless of who you deal with at our company you can be sure of friendly, helpful and professional service.

Terry Farthing

Owner & Managing Director

Terry is proud to have built the company from nothing to what it is today. Calm and logical under pressure, Terry has great people skills, which he puts to use as a first rate negotiator keeping both landlords and tenants happy. He says the secret to the success of the company has been to employ highly talented individuals who have all come together to form an unbeatable team.

Oliwia Serba

Financial Controller

Oliwia is our is our day-to-day financial controller and ensures that landlords and maintenance contractors are paid monthly. She also arranges for the deposits to be returned to the tenants after check out. She has a degree in Public Administration. Her previous office and airport experience, along with her friendly personality and 'can-do' approach have been a remarkable addition to our company. She is working within our Accounts Department, as well as helping out with general administration

Ann Martinelli

Negotiator & Quality Assessor

Ann has now been with the Company for over 10 years and has recently passed a Quality Assessment Course with Quality in Tourism.  She is therefore now trained to assess accommodation for short term holiday rentals as well as general private properties to let.  Ann also specialises in a house doctor service and is always willing to give free advice to potential landlords regarding legal requirements, safety issues and the presentation of their property to let.   Her hobbies are fitness and golf when she is permitted to take time off!

 

Kasha Nocon

Negotiator (Maternity Leave)

Kasha is an ex-acrobat who is always prepared to go through the hoops, bend over backwards and perform somersaults to insure our customer care is kept to a very high standard. She has worked for several years in the USA and has worked within the airline industry. Kasha speaks several languages and primarily carries out valuations, negotiating, check-in and check-out procedures, accompanied viewings and general administration.

Lucy King

Advertising Clerk & Negotiator

Lucy joined our team straight from college after studying graphics & psychology to A level standard and has become the voice of our company. Her bubbly personality has aided her natural skills to provide great customer service.  As well as being our Negotiator between prospective landlords and tenants, she also oversees the advertising side of the company to ensure that our available properties receive the best marketing possible.  

Oya Er Wilkes

General Administration

Oya, who holds a degree in journalism, worked as a correspondent in various countries for over 6 years, which explains her skills in photography and writing our newsletters and advertising texts. She deals with organising the gas safety certificates, Energy Performance Certificates and general administration. She is studying part-time for a degree in psychology and we are giving her lots of opportunity for real life case studies at the office!

 

Beata Tomasik

Team Leader - Check In/Check Out Clerk

Beata is fluent in several languages and is a person of many talents. She has run her own company successfully for a number of years abroad, and her eagerness to learn the ins and outs of letting and property management business, along with her experience with customer care is helping us to ensure our service is kept to a high standard.  As Team Leader Beata oversees the general enquiries matching tenants to available properties however she tends to spend most of her time carrying out accompanied viewings, check-ins and check-outs.

Petya Kovacheva

General Administrator

Petya is proving to be a great asset to our Company and deals with our applicant registers matching tenants to available properties.  she also arranges viewing appointments, deals with tenants' applications through our strict referencing routine and carries out general administration duties. She is multi talented with qualifications in Business Management and is fluent in a number of languages.  Her hobbies are acting and dancing and having worked throughout Europe she is proving to be a hard act to follow! 

Lucia Ozar

General Administrator

Lucia has been a great asset to our company as she is fluent in several languages. She is married to an airline captain and has many years experience within international airline related businesses. She assists with our Accounts Department, as well as valuations, matching tenants to available properties, arranging viewing appointments,  carrying out accompanied viewings and general administration duties.

Leanna Baldwin

General Administrator

Leanna is a college student, studying law and uniformed services. Represented her county in hockey, she has the fitness for keeping up with the fast pace of our office! She now assists our advertising team as well as helping out with tenant negotiations, using her enthusiastic personality to provide great customer service.

Elaine Farthing

Inventory Clerk & Administrator

Having worked with BAA for 11 years, Elaine has left her position to help and support Terry in the setting up and running of the business. She has an eye for detail, which is vital in preparing inventories. But she is also always on hand to do whatever is required at the time, from making a cup of tea to liaising with our contractors in an emergency, from general office duties to arranging viewing appointments.
