This cottage boasts two bedrooms, one with a double bed and half bathroom (toilet & wash basin), there is room for a folding bed. The second bedroom can offer a double or twin beds and a fitted wardrobe. 

The family bathroom has an over the bath shower. The living room is comfortably furnished with two settees, a dining table and chairs and a television/video. The fully fitted kitchen area has a full size hob and oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/drier, and is fully equipped with cooking utensils and crockery.

The Hay Barn has a large dual aspect living room and is particularly suitable for families with small children.

Due to the structure of the buildings this accommodation is strictly NO SMOKING.
