Airport Lettings is based at the heart of Stansted Airport, the region’s largest single-site employer, and at London Southend, one of the UK’s fastest growing airports. We share our main offices with the Manchester Airport Group, the UK Border Agency, Essex Police and various airlines. In Southend we’re also a short hop from Southend University Hospital.

At Stansted we’re positioned right by the ID unit. That means nearly 11,000 pilots, air crew, ground staff and other professionals heading to work flight-side cannot avoid passing our window.

Terry is proud to have built the company to the successful business it is today. Calm and logical under pressure, he has great people skills which he puts to use as a first rate mediator keeping both Landlords and Tenants happy.

Oliwia Serba

Financial Controller

Oliwia Serba

Oliwia is our Financial Controller, she holds a degree in public administration and with a wealth of experience, along with her friendly personality and her can- do approach ensures the smooth running of our company. She is fluent in a number of languages and continues to study for a second degree in accountancy.


Ann Martinelli

Sales & Lettings Consultant

Ann Martinelli

Ann is our senior Sales and Lettings negotiator, she is also trained a quality assessor for holiday accommodation. Ann has been with us for over 14 years and as a landlord herself she specialises in the buy to let market giving advice to landlords and investors wishing to sell or purchase property either with or without tenants in situ.


Ilona Berowska

Accounts Assistant


Ilona works in our accounts department, she holds a master’s degree in linguistics from Cambridge University, previously she was head teacher at an international college. Ilona joined us seeking a new challenge, she has certainly risen to the occasion and with her attention to detail she proven to be a great asset helping to deal with the increase in business following our new branch at Southend Airport.


Lucy Sandford

Advertising & Marketing Manager

Lucy has a wealth of knowledge in both sales and lettings. As a trained graphic designer she ensures our advertising is eye catching and showcases our properties to their full potential. Her enthusiasm is contagious, her customer care skills exemplary and her cheery nature and friendly manner ensure customers are put at ease secure in the knowledge that we are going the extra mile to help.


Matt Kent -Webster



Matthew is based at Southend Airport, he has a wealth of local knowledge and experience in sales and lettings. He has proven to be a great ambassador for our company, he is helping to build a portfolio of quality properties to meet the increasing demand from professional tenants seeking accommodation within commuting distance of the Airport. His enthusiasm and work ethic are a good example proving that hard work pays off.


Elaine Farthing

Inventory Clerk


Having worked with BAA for over 12 years, Elaine left her position to help and support Terry in the running of the company. She says “ Terry is passionate about our company and its crucial in any family business to be on hand to help wherever and whenever needed “. Elaine also has a good eye for detail and puts this skill to use preparing inventories for our clients.

Beata Tomasik

Beata is fluent in several languages which sometimes proves invaluable when negotiating with large companies and professionals relocating from abroad. Her endless energy and enthusiasm has helped us build a large portfolio of happy clients. Beata has proven to be outstanding in dealing with crises that can occur, her cheery nature and ability to go the extra mile are an inspiration to us all.


Ela Piotrowska 

Lettings Administrator       

Ela is our latest recruit at Southend Airport. She is responsible for day to day administration of the branch and assisting Matthew wherever necessary. Ela holds a Master’s Degree and is fluent in a number of languages. She has travelled the world and brings with her a vast experience of customer service and is helping us build a quality portfolio of property and loyal clients in the Southend area.


Judyta Karczmarz

Accounts Assistant

Judyta works in our Accounts department to ensure its smooth running and our compliance with relevant legislation. She holds a degree in real estate and land management and is fluent in a number of languages. Working in our busy environment we are fortunate she has a great gift of possessing a calming nature which helps her get things right first time and every time regardless of what else may be happening around her.
