Airport Lettings have been the  leading residential property management and letting specialists to the airline industry in Essex for the last 14 years.

Based at Stansted Airport and Southend Airport, we provide a very high level of customer service and quality affordable accommodation.

We don't offer our landlords or tenants anything else - that's how we help them achieve peace of mind when renting or letting properties.

Our ethos is simple: we only deal with properties and tenants that we could feel comfortable living in or letting to ourselves and our standards are exemplary.

At Airport Lettings we understand how important it is that landlords and tenants have peace of mind when they are letting or renting a property.

Our goal is to provide that peace of mind by offering services that ensure both parties in a rental agreement not only feel secure but also get real value for money.

Terry is proud to have built the company from nothing to the successful business it is today.  Calm and logical under pressure, Terry has great people skills, which he puts to use as a first rate negotiator keeping both landlords and tenants happy. Oliwia Serba

Financial Controller

Oliwia Serba

Oliwia is our is our day-to-day financial controller and ensures that tenants deposits are registered within the Government recognised scheme. She has a degree in Public Administration. Her previous office and airport experience, along with her friendly personality and 'can-do' approach have been a remarkable addition to our company.
         

Ann Martinelli

Negotiator & Quality Assessor

Ann Martinelli

Ann has been with the Company for over 10 years and has recently passed an Assessment Course with Quality in Tourism.  She is therefore now trained to assess accommodation for short term holiday rentals as well as private properties to let.  Ann specialises in a house doctor service ensuring that properties are well presented and also gives legal and sales advice to any landlords wishing to sell their property with tenant in situ.  Her hobby is golf when she is permitted to take time off!

 

Ilona Berowska

Accounts Assistant


Ilona is our acting financial controller whilst Oliwia is on maternity Leave.

She holds a master’s degree in Linguistics and was previously a Head Teacher of English at an International college and was seeking a new challenge.

Her attention to detail and the training from Oliwia and Judyta has ensured a seamless transition of responsibility and is doing a great job whilst Oliwia is on leave.
         

Lucy Sandford

Advertising & Marketing Manager

Lucy is a bright enthusiastic member of the team. She has a great interest in keeping fit and running. She has a wealth of knowledge in both Sales and Lettings, and as she has a keen eye to detail, she oversees our advertising. Lucy studied Graphic Design which has helped to ensure our advertising is eye catching and showcase's our properties to their full potential. 

Her Enthusiasm is contagious and her customer care skills are exemplary. Her cheery nature and friendly manner always ensure our customers are put at ease, secure in knowledge that we are going the extra mile to help.

 

Matt Kent -Webster

Negotiator

 

Matt is a negotiator for the Southend Airport area and has a wealth of local area knowledge and experience in both Lettings and Sales. He has proven to be a great ambassador for our company, helping Alison to build a good portfolio of quality properties and to help meet the increasing demands we have from professional tenants seeking accommodation, within commuting distance of Southend Airport.

His enthusiasm is infectious and his work ethic is a good example of proving, working hard pays off.

         

Elaine Farthing

Elaine

Having worked with BAA for 11 years, Elaine has left her position to help and support Terry in the running of the business. She has an eye for detail, which is vital in preparing inventories. She is also always on hand to do whatever is required, from liaising with contractors in an emergency, to general office duties.

Beata Tomasik

Beata is fluent in several languages which sometimes prove invaluable when negotiating with large companies and airline relocating staff.

Her endless energy and enthusiasm has helped us build a large portfolio of happy customers.

Beata has proven to be outstanding in dealing with crises that can occur; her cheery nature and ability to go the extra mile are an inspiration to us all. 

       

Roxsane Brown

Lettings Administrator 

Roxsane is our latest recruit to the team. Previous skills learned in her careers as a trained beautician and receptionist for a major electronics company, have enabled her to deliver an outstanding experience to our customers. Her enthusiasm and ability to learn fast and remain calm under pressure are proving to be a great assets and we all welcome her to the team.   

Judyta Karczmarz

Accounts Assistant

Judyta works within the admin and accounts department to ensure its smooth running and our compliance with relevant legislation, she holds a degree in real estate and land management and is fluent in a number of languages.

 Working in our busy environment we are very fortunate that she has a great gift of possessing a calming nature which helps her to get things right first time and everytime regardless of what else may be happening around her.  

         
 

Ashley Riley

Communications

 

Ashley Riley Communications has worked with Airport Lettings for over 4 years and in that time has worked alongside Terry and the team on showcasing the work of one of the leading residential letting agencies in Essex.
 
Ashley Riley was previously the Director of Communications at London Stansted as well as being an Adviser to a Member of Parliament, a Campaigns Manager for a global charity and Head of Press and Parliamentary Affairs for national charity the Child Poverty Action Group.

Ela Piotrowska 

Lettings Administrator       

 

Ela is our latest recruit at our Southend branch and is in charge of ensuring our administration runs smoothly and the diary is kept full for Matthew, she is fluent in a couple of languages and holds a Masters Degree, she has travelled the world.
